Three Bedroom, One and one half bath, hardwood floors, kitchen, crawlspace, two trash cans, and some clutter in the front yard. Notice the house killer pine trees. They will be whacked down and if you are an arborist or tree hugger, then I am really sorry if you don't like my idea of trimming the bushes.
